About the Project
Central to the project’s successful delivery was a minimum of a 5-Star environmental rating for the fit-out.
Located in the BNZ Centre in Christchurch’s CBD, this interior fitout is across 2,800m2 of Level 4 for the Bank of New Zealand Branch Properties.

Undertaken as an integrated fitout while the base building was still under construction, the project incorporates partition walls with high acoustic performance, specialty ceilings, services, joinery features and kitchen space. It also includes a bike store and shower facilities on the ground floor.
A feature wall recycled from earthquake timber provides a warm contrast to the glass components of the modern reception, halls and communal areas.
