Project Manager - Christchurch

Leighs Construction is seeking a Christchurch based, Project Manager with strong commercial experience, to be responsible for execptional management and delivery of challenging and exciting large scale commercial projects accross the South Island. You will lead, colloborate and communicate to ensure our projects exceed clients' expectations.

Key skills and knowledge:

  • 10+ years construction experience, including a minimum of 10 years in a similar role managing $20m + projects
  • Exceptional industry relationships
  • Strong programme management, contractual awareness, planning, technical and process skills
  • Excellent communication and demonstrated leadership and commitment
  • Flexibility to change the scope of role with each individual project as required
  • Commercial acumen, financial awareness, and supply chain management experience
  • A high level of commitment to health and safety
