Leighs Construction is committed to Health and Safety, and we are recruiting a Health and Safety Coordinator (Site Based) to help drive our health and safety strategies, provide professional advice to our site team in Invercargill and support our continued success and growth.

You'll be a special Health & Safety person, with experience and skills in:
- Working knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements and familiarity with AS/NZS4801
- Sound technical health & safety knowledge with the ability to take a pragmatic approach to solving problems
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate and partner with people to drive safety performance and culture change
- Experience working across multiple sites in commercial construction
